I've been using this item for almost a month. honestly I don't wash my hair everyday. my hair not oily so I wash my hair every 2~3 days if I don't go out. maybe once a week but I mix it with my regulars conditioner cuz I don't like the smell but I find out it doesn't work. it might not be shine my hair but stop losing hair and soften my hair as well. so I do like this items except the smell. I hope they have a bigger size or bottle would be nice.
