Worst airline ever seen .. saturday we need to fly at 7:45 .. three times delay after that they cancelled the flight.. we need to take the bags again back .. en wait again 2 more hours.. they bring us to hotel .. they let us know next day in the morning at 8:25 the flight will go .. we had delay again 3 more times . They said we need to wait for the delicatesse .. evrybody was angry and screaming over there and said nobody gonna buy somethi by from the plane .. 10:40 the plane flight .. and they give us water en coockies for free and not selling anything …. ( Kayseri-dusseldorf✈️
