Ingredients: - 1 whole ripe watermelon (preferably seedless) Tools Needed: - Large serrated knife - Cutting board with grooves (to catch juices) - Clean kitchen towel or paper towels 📝 Instructions: 1. Wash & Dry Thoroughly rinse your watermelon under running water and dry it off with a towel. 2. Stabilize the Watermelon Place the watermelon on a grooved cutting board to catch juices. Using a serrated knife, cut about 1 inch off the bottom of the watermelon to create a flat base. Then flip it over and cut 1 inch off the top. 3. Peel the Skin Stand the watermelon upright on the flat base. Starting from top to bottom, carefully slice off the rind in strips, following the curve of the fruit. Continue until all the green and white skin is removed. 4. Slice into Rounds Lay the peeled watermelon on its side and slice it into 1-inch thick round discs. 5. Stack & Cut into Sticks Stack 2–3 of the watermelon rounds neatly. Cut them into even vertical sticks, about ¾–1 inch wide. 6.
