It’s called resisting because she didn’t wanna step 2 inches outside of the garage. 😂😂😂😂 it amazes me what some cops will say is resisting. Anything they can make up to be considered resisting they will. I think they need to go back to the police Academy and actually learn what resisting is. And I don’t like the way that he grabbed her because she wouldn’t step forward out of the garage when she was answering any and all questions that they had. she just wasn’t comfortable stepping out of the comfort of her property. Which I don’t blame her. He was way too aggressive when he cuffed her. And I don’t know if it said how old the daughter was but if she’s under the age of 18, they can’t even ask to question her without a parent guardian or an attorney.

technically they had no right to arrest her for a DWI or DUI just off a witness word. they didn't see it so they cant legally arrest her for it.
