It is always best to have a Specialist Dry Eye Investigation first, before resorting to eye drops. Management of Dry Eye is not only about Eye drops. It is important to identify a root cause. Screens are a factor but not a root cause. Drops help short-term but not long-term. Please get an Investigation to identify root cause, which type of Dry Eye you have; then can put a management plan in place to improve symptoms for the long-term. Also some drops are better than others. Speak to a Dry Eye Specialist.

Have you heard of rebound redness, I've tried to use eye drops to reduce the redness&watery in my eyes but it appears to have made them more red in its normal state, I need something to eradicate it
