💯 % of my resume is me. Cheating is absolutely wrong but I understand why they do it. I’ve applied to 100s of jobs. No interviews no nothing. Job seekers feel the deck is stacked against them. ATS horrible job market and employers putting ppl through hoops for no reason. Employers created a hiring nightmare

Many companies have spent billions of dollars on algorithms and software to weed out candidates before anyone even looks at their resume or application. On top of that, every company out there wants every little piece of information that a job-seeker has to offer. You can put in a hundred applications by hand, and maybe get a handful of denial emails. If I need a job, I need a job yesterday. I have bills, I gotta family to feed. I don't have time to fill 500 applications only to hear back from a couple of them.
