Go for 8” boots, preferably with all eyelets and not those silly hooks for the top laces, in a patent. Get shoe protectors and use them. That will survive you the longest of any pole shoe.

I was told to get the 7” over the 6” since the platform to heel ratio is technically smaller on the 7. So you’re at less of an angle. Gives you more room to move around on the box too

Don’t just listen to everybody whos saying boots tho bcs I started with plastic pleasers w/ straps and so did a lot of baby dancers I came across in the club. Sometimes they’re better when ur feet are swelling when getting used to wearing heels(not saying boots aren’t good just giving a different perspective)

I started with open toe heels and have never had boots I’ve been dancing for 5-6 years haha I guess it was good to just learn how to dance in open toe heels first so I’m a pro in either one
