Honestly, an urgent care visit (no need for ER $$$) wouldn’t be a bad idea if the area is feeling hot. Based on appearance, that is how my skin looks after a bee or wasp sting, but if you saw a spider in the area that is also plausible. If you start to feel hot and/or nauseous please see someone!

Hopefully, it’s better by now but my mom got a brown recluse. Spider bite on her forehead and said it hurt a lot, but she got antibiotics and after a week and a bit the swelling and everything was gone.

My son just had the same thing. He is on antibiotics and dr said we caught it in time. As if it goes too far you’ll need iv antibiotics if it gets into the bone so go to urgent care.

draw a circle around it and then the next day if it's bigger if it is I recommend going to the doctor if it's not then it's not too urgent just get some bite cream for it.

One of my guys at work here in Florida had a bite like that on his arm from a spider. It doesn’t look as bad as it could but Go to one of the SMH Urgent cares and get it checked. They can deal with it there.

My niece had a bite like this and it ended up being a spider bite which did get infected and she needed antibiotics

Does it itch? Is it hot? If yes, I would schedule an appointment. If it isn’t, try putting a hydro-seal bandaid over it and see if you can pull out whatever is inside.

Legit got the exact same thing in the same spot from a bug bite that got infected (sat on an airplane in shorts) just needed a few days antibiotics and I was good as new!

@Caitlyn💛 another tiktok creator had something just like this about a year ago. It was a spider bite that turned into cellulitis if I remember correctly 🫣 very similar location too!

Okay i had a bite that looked EXACTLY like this last summer on the back of my leg! The redness the swelling. Hot to touch. Ended up turning into fever. Went to urgent care, they put me on antibiotics and it got better!

I agree with the other person. draw a circle around it and see if it's getting bigger. if it is, go in to an urgent care. you may need antibiotics or steroids

Spider bite. if you have telehealth option, they can get you a steroid or/and antibiotic.

It could be a boil a warm wet compress and warm showers trace a circle to make sure that it isn’t an infection
