I was scared to not sleep with gauze so I left it in. Now it’s stuck. I tried moistening it and wiggling it but it hurts. Should I force it out and change the gauze again?

I keep worrying that I should keep gauze in because my dentist said every 30 until there’s only spotting, but I had 3teeth taken on one side so I wonder if it’s just accumulated spotting. It’s still pretty pink and red
