Listen bro, I had a military brother send me this video and I’ve been in therapy since idk 12-13 and no therapist has ever said anything like this that made sense and this hit so fukn hard, people don’t know or understand the true evil, cold, heartless monster I am or was, now the demons and monsters I fight daily is unreal and it’s become normal for me and I’ve tried and worked so hard not to be like this, my “good dreams” would give your nightmares, nightmares yet to look at me you would never think anything is out of the norm and I’m not sure how to communicate without thinking it’s a confrontation that I can’t tolerate because my instant response is to eliminate the threat and that’s not the case
