@cookwithhali: Whole Wheat Bread ,Soft & Simple Starter: • 240ml warm water • 80ml warm milk • 7g yeast • 260g whole wheat flour Mix and let rise 30 min. Dough: Add to starter: • 60g honey • 49g soft butter • 1 Tbsp lemon juice • 215g whole wheat flour • 1 small spoon salt Knead until smooth. Cover, rise 1 hour. Shape and place in pan. Let rise again 40 min.
