This was me for so many years. I couldn’t even sit under a fan because my skin and bones would hurt so badly. Cutting gluten from my diet helped tremendously.

I get that. It’s like a burning under my skin. Hurts to touch. But my skin looks normal. Can’t see anything. But yes even wind touching it hurts

It’s a weird burning sensation? I don’t know how to describe it, but it’s Usually in my forearm. I usually have to squeeze the area as hard as possible and it feels better, or running it under cold water helps me.
