@the.french.chronicle: Time for my second baking class in Paris! 🇫🇷 The Ispahan workshop at @maisonladuree has always been a dream of mine, since it’s my favorite French pastry. 🌹 Filled with rose cream, lychee, and raspberries, this dessert is both juicy and crunchy—and absolutely divine. One thing I love about taking these workshops is that you learn so much more than just how to make a specific treat. The pastry chefs share their best tips and tricks, favorite tools, and the specialty shops where they source ingredients. I always leave with a wealth of knowledge—and plenty of sweet inspiration!
