That’s a contra that’s not dumping fuel. Dumping fuel will be done at about 3000 feet.

🤣🤣🤣 lies lies lies I'm a fueler for jet aircraft for a company called Swissport. And everything he said couldn't be any further from the truth so whoever type that in for that voice over to explain this fallacy is a fabricatof lies. When an aircraft, such as a commercial jet, takes off fully fueled, its weight is at its maximum. During the initial climb phase, the engines are operating at a higher thrust setting, consuming a significant amount of fuel. This "burn-off" during the climb reduces the aircraft's overall weight. As the flight progresses, fuel continues to be consumed, meaning the aircraft's weight steadily decreases throughout the journey. This continuous reduction in weight due to fuel burn is factored into the flight plan and performance calculations. By the time the aircraft approaches its destination, whether it's a short hop or a long-haul flight, a substantial amount of fuel has been used, bringing the aircraft naturally down to its pre-calculated maximum landing weight. This is a standard and expected part of flight operations, ensuring the aircraft is at a safe weight for landing without the need for emergency fuel dumping under normal circumstances. .
