I had a dog that survived huricane Katrina. He was on his own for 2 weeks in a flooded house. We brought him back to our family home in Ohio. He was mistaken for a deer and was shot. Brought him back from the vet and he got up on the counter and ate the entire bottle of pain pills. He ODed. Survived, brought him back from the vet again and he jumped on the counter and ate my chocolate chip pancakes. All of this happened within a week. He lived for 13 more years after that. 😅

The first dog I had was a yellow lab and his favorite treat in the world was grapes. My family had zero idea they were toxic and he seemed to have zero effect from them. He got one a day for years until the vet was like umm these are super toxic. He lived to be 13 and had no kidney problems. I have no idea how.

My dog loves chocolate. He ate an entire plate of triple chocolate brownies. Jumped onto the counter (all fours mind you) to eat it. He was fine.

Neurotic, severely abused, Weimaraner absolutely hated wearing collars, his previous owners abused him with a shock collar....but he was over 100lb, and out of control, so he had to have a collar....after trying many options, I went with a seat belt collar....thinking there's no way he's getting that off, or eating it. I was wrong. He not only got it off while in his crate, but he ate the entire collar, buckle and all....and shit it out like it was nothing. He ate a lot of stuff....but the collar definitely takes the cake. My vet was speechless when I called the next day to let them know he passed it and was completely fine. 😅

Chocolate Lab are a package of balloons and has colorful poops for a couple days, ate a 40 pound bag of dog food and had to had her stomach pump, ate soo much cat shit she started throwing up shit on the carpet. Entire bag of kids Halloween candy. Basic lab stuff

during the holidays, my cousins dog ate an entire bag of Hershey kisses with the wrappers on and everything. the vet told them he would just pass them and sure enough he did and it was red and green and silver

My Great Dane likes to eat cardboard, napkins, chargers, and hair accessories. We can’t leave anything in his reach and we can’t have our hair up if we are sleeping. He once ate a hair tie that was still in my hair while I was recovering from anaphylactic shock.
