@artem_pankovich: Installing Injectors on the BMW N47 Engine — Step-by-Step Guide & Crucial Tips • In this video, we continue rebuilding the BMW N47 diesel engine by installing the fuel injectors, valve cover, and fuel rail. • 📌 What’s included: – Installation of new injector clamps, – Proper order of mounting the valve cover and fuel rail, – Correct tightening torque for injector bolts — only 10 Nm (very low torque, do not overtighten!), – Fitting the fuel pipe from the HPFP to the rail, which is located under the intake manifold — install this pipe before mounting the intake! • ⚠️ Important Notes: – If you’re reusing old injectors, each one must be installed in the same cylinder it was originally used in. – When installing new injectors, be sure to enter the correction codes into the ECU, otherwise the engine may run poorly. – Fuel lines don’t always need to be replaced — only if they leak.
