not really much savings because inrush is so short lived. need real calculations to determine if this really "saves" money in the long run (ROI)

That is the old version and it was a great product. The new flex is trash. I have installed way to many and replaced way to many. My go to now is ICM. Cheaper and does the exact same thing, minus the bluetooth.

it takes the inrush and just spreads it out. rla will still be the same. what money are you saving? especially with how expensive they cost.

Has anybody used the new micro air flex easy start one? I’ve seen that they’ve had them out for a little bit, but wasn’t sure if they’re any better than the older versions. Reason why I ask is I am going to be installing new systems in my house next spring.

I got mine for $380 takes 10 min to install and lets me run my a/c off my generator well worth the money

Hyper Sure Start is compact which can usually be installed inside the unit and less expensive. Great for generators and reliable.

Not just high they don’t knock amps down that much. Mine worked for 7 months. Never could get in touch with easy start.
