Hey so, if anyone is having my problem where my drive was full. ut had nothing on it but system files. Go manually through your C drive hitting Alt + enter will show you how much storage is in that folder. Follow your files to find whichever one is full. for me it was a ton of apple cache. A whole 210GB gone like that. 🙏

every time I do stuff like this, it'll only free up 4 or 5 GB. I only have two games on my pc (Minecraft and Zenless Zone Zero) and I have a 250 GB on my c drive. I've deleted all my mods on my games, I've deleted stuff i dont use, I've deleted temporary files and everything like that, I've done everything videos tell me to do, but it only gives me under 6 GB.

WizTree is a pretty good program to have installed. It analyzes your drives and lists what takes up the most space, plus it's free (and I think it's open sourced? but don't take my word for it 😅)

My C: Drive is only 237 Gb and somehow all the system files and OS updates are taking over 90% of the storage space. My Data drive is 4Tb but effectively useless with this problem😭

one thing that's worth mentioning is turn off hibernation, if it's on. it's pointless nowadays, and the hibernation file is the same size as your system ram (i.e. at least 16gb on a modern system)

I've got 50 gigs free, with 256 max, yet whenever I go to programs, the biggest is like 1.3 gigs, I have a near empty downloads folder, and nothing I can find is more than. 800 mb besides games I play
