Mel cervisia :
Sua gave away her lyrcis to Mizi, so she had more lines and higher chances. They both lied to one another, the tie was their shared lie. Mizi knew Sua was lying, Sua probably might’ve known that Mizi knew and accepted it, and the fight before they went on stage might’ve been that, Sua making Mizi be quiet about it? In Sua’s comic she says that it’s hell and Mizi is the paradise. Mizi dying would be Mizi leaving her alone in hell. We saw how Sua looked before she met Mizi and later too. Only with her was she most happy and most sad. She was her truest self even when she was lying. Mizi’s complex understanding of life and not wanting to be the one being crushed, to gain control over her life in any way, which for her meant to be the one who crushes, was the only thing she knew. And so both of them fought for a type of control, with Mizi letting Sua die, but realizing that she’s the one who ends up being crushed because of that, and with Sua’s control over Mizi with how she was willing to die for her. It’s a twisted way, but in it they loved one another so dearly that it hurts, because we saw how genuine it was. How even when Mizi saw Sua practicing her death and tried to turn away, some part in her (the love for Sua) wouldn’t let her. So even if they were to be in that lie, she still ran up to her, hugged her, kissed her, and held her. Because both of them were helpless and suffering and prisoners of what their lives had been, but both managed to find love and hold onto it. All the actions were done from love and mixed with fear.
