the cause was just water yet it collapsed directly down and then a second part inward collapsing inside of its own space alot like a deliberate building implosion and nothing like how a building would naturally fall down and out and towards other buildings. its almost as if the owner paid for the almost perfect implosion

wouldn’t it be the other factors fault for the collapse? for example not using epoxy coated rebar, not having proper drainage/ waterproofing for the control room?
