She’s continuing to talk to him cause if she just walks off he could and probably would just start following her and harassing her. The laughing and giggling is a defence mechanism to keep him calm. I guarantee if she was blunt he would get nasty. And the whole reason girls lie about having a bf is because it’s a gentle way to tell guys she’s not intrested. The guy should have just walked away when she said she has a bf why is he entitled to question her to see if it’s true or not. Simply put, girls wouldn’t have to do all of this if guys just understood and accepted that no means no and move on

PLEASE, I understand completely that we get nervous & it's hard to think in the moment, but let's start LOUDLY proclaiming "IT DOES NOT MATTER, I SAID NO!" when asked if we have a boyfriend or offering that as a hopeful out in these situations. They won't stop most times anyway & we must start being comfortable with US, with OUR say so being reason enough for them to stop. Think about it, practice saying it FIRMLY, know it's fact, YOU SAID NO!
