Dear God, thank You for today. Thank You for never being caught off guard by the storms that shake my world. Some days it feels like everything is going wrong and I’m doing all I can just to stay afloat. But I know that even when it feels like You’re silent, You’re still with me. Your word in Mark 4:39 says, “He got up, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, ‘Quiet. Be still!’ Then the wind died down and it was completely calm.” God, speak peace into the storm I’m facing right now. Calm my heart when fear tries to take over. Remind me that You are always here and always working, even when I can’t see it. I don’t want to just cry out in fear, I want to cry out in faith. Help me believe that Your power is greater than anything coming against me. Teach me to trust You more, to rest in Your promises, and to remember that I’m never alone. Thank You for being my peace.
