Would this advice apply to all speeds? I feel at slower speeds (for me around 10:30-11:30 per mile) I’m not really pushing off much so it’s hard for me to think about pulling my legs through with smaller steps.

Most people can’t do this because they’re more quad/calve dominant! Establish a glute and mind connection by doing glute activation workouts and also, train your damn glutes y’all!! It’ll save you from an injury!
