Probably would be for later down the road, but it would be cool to cross breed with your friends' birds, maybe an egg incubation and hatching mechanic. Another thought I had is maybe some sort of cute interaction if you and a friend's bird cross flight paths. Finally, click on a bird and see its current "birds eye view" from the Google street view of that location on the flight path, or updates about what weather or landmarks your bird is experiencing? it might make ppl feel more engaged with the bird's journey as it starts to drag on for awhile
