I ditched the premier protein for Owyn protein. All plant based and zero sugar(diabetic friendly) and has 32g of protein. I chose a different brand when I couldn't find the owyn and they were disgusting after drinking the cleaner ones. You can definitely tell a difference. I get em at Sam's. 15 for 18 dollars.

The patches are for ppl who are already on a healthy journey, most of yall who are saying it doesn’t work are eating soul food plates, funnel cakes, throwing back shot… stop looking for a quick fix and you still living the same way… my whole journey I have never used aid to help with my result… im just sharing what worked for me… i really appreciate all the comments
