My training schedule consists of just three structured workouts a week, mixing in HIIT, full body, and targeted workouts. The key to my results isn’t about packing in as many workouts as possible—it’s about how I approach the rest of my days. I make an effort to stay active by incorporating movement into my lifestyle, whether it’s a hike, a run, or just keeping on my feet. Add in healthy eating and consistent recovery, and that balance is what makes the difference. Consistency is key. You don’t need to train like a bodybuilder to feel strong, look great, or stay healthy.
