@victoriatschoppp: #ad Creamy golden chicken and rice meal prep using real milk #gotmilkpartner Recipe: 1 lb chicken thighs, diced 1 cup jasmine rice 1½ cups chicken bone broth 1 cup real milk 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp garlic powder ½ tsp ground ginger 1 cup chopped spinach 1 carrot, chopped Salt & pepper to taste Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken, season with salt, pepper, turmeric, garlic powder, and ginger. Sauté until golden and mostly cooked through.
Add rinsed rice, shredded carrot, and spinach to the pan. Stir everything together so it’s well combined.
Pour in the chicken broth and real milk. Stir gently to combine and bring the mixture to a light simmer.
Reduce heat to low, cover the pan, and let it cook for about 15–18 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
Turn off the heat. Let it sit covered for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork. Finish off with lemon juice and parsley. Divide into 4 meal prep containers. Let cool slightly before sealing. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days and enjoy!! @gotmilk?
