I was just arrested for terroristic threats. the public defender couldn't help me cus they represented my "victim" my hearing for a new lawyer was 2 weeks away. reached out to the cop that put out the warrant he sent a detective to the jail I turned my over to them so they could see the whole conversation and the detective call the county attorney and I was being released 2 hrs later.. that being said I agree never talk to the police with out a lawyer. my circumstances wer so rare it felt wrong

What if it’s on body cam? Could you get the footage and use that? Obviously it’s still a bad idea but just curious
