Living my next life :
I learned this by watching nurses and doctors. Patients and their loved ones are usually upset and overwhelmed when hurt, while nurses and doctors act like it no big deal. It’s not that they don’t care, it’s that they’ve seen this before and it’s not as big a case as we think. We want them alarmed as we are, but they keep a calm head. It’s what we need, but in the moment, we think we need them as alarmed as we are. Calmer heads make more rational decisions which leads to better results.
