If you’re not getting 240v at the plug there’s probably a bus fuse between there and your breaker box that’s gone bad so it’s only got 120v on one leg and isn’t enough to power it but the lights will still come on

Since you are electric, go induction. My new house was all electric and I missed cooking on gas. Induction is better than gas. More precise, only the pan gets hot, can boil water in 60 seconds. Crazy nice.

if the oven still works and is a self cleaning one there's likely a switch under the stove top on the lock so when its self cleaning the stove can't turn on as well. Mine went bad so I bypassed it

brother I would do some investigating at your breaker box and figure out if u have something bad on ur ground, not an electrician but I feel like your issues with major appliances so close might mean there are gremlins

Just fixing that one, nothing they make is worth a damn these days as far as appliances, I just fixed mine that's 21 years old for 88 bucks and about 45 minutes😁

Whirlpool. I moved houses 7 years ago. Had a whirlpool before the move, just got another whirlpool. They’re worth the extra couple bucks.
