haven't tried flexing my stomach. I always clench my shoulders/ neck/ brain like a kid really trying to manifest their Matilda powers. yours sounds more effective

I went to the doctor for a med check the other day and my hr was 108. the nurse was like "uh thats high" and i said "nah for walking back here thats pretty good" and now i have to go get blood work and a cardio referral 😭😂

Just yesterday I was walking on a straight sidewalk. Didn't trip or anything, did not put my feet wrong. Dislocated my entire hip. Popped it back in and continued walking because I have places to be and things to do. My hip still hurts and has been for the past 24 hours but hey that's a norm, it will pass right
