I have this same one.. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong but most of the debris skips the basket and goes straight to the bottom and gets stuck or clogs my pump filter basket. I’ve tried using a sock but it does the same thing. lol it’s so frustrating being a pool owner!

Seems like the water level has to be so low for this to work...I bought one but now that I'm trying to install, I'll have to drain a ton of water.

not sure what im doing wrong but when I put the stopper in the one next to the skimmer it sounds like the pump is going to blow.

I think I have the same pool. Does your hose inlet go all the way in or just a little bit? I don’t want to force it and rip the liner

please HELLLLLLP! ALL THE BUGS just swirl around in the blue floater part and don't suck down into the basket. any idea why? we have the best way pool and skimmer as well as an Intex sand pump.
