So my starter seemed established on day 12, it consistently doubled for 4 days in a row feeding 1:2:2 ratio. But now on day 15 it didn’t double. It smells kinda like alcohol and its very thin and barely rises. any suggestions please?

how long should it take to peak after feeding? mine was doubling in size and seemed great until day 5 then it quit rising and got very watery. i’ve started to put more flour but it still hasn’t risen and it is day 7 😭
