So why did the judge decide that it was her debt if she never lived there and she had proof she never lived there but utility receipts and bills and things like that if she never lived there why are they requiring her to pay off the debt?

I think in a situation like that she should be reimbursed it 20 times over so whatever they're charging her put it in the billions and give it back directly from the judges pocket

I got hit with a judgemental against me for $7056.58 from a $750.00 loan that was made in 2002. Interest is a mf! I too was innocent, but could not prove it. Needless to say, they got that money out of me thru garnishments. 25% per paycheck, $591.65 every week for the last 12 weeks. 🤢🤮🤮🤮
