I have exploding head syndrome with a mix of sleep paralysis😭 today I heard fast glitching sounds and I couldn’t open my eyes more or do anything bro and last time I heard huge foot sped and banging and loud lighting and thunder strikes bruh

I have something similar happen but instead of a noise it’s a whole body jerk that scares and confuses me to the point that I scream. I’ll be on the border of sleep like I know I haven’t fallen asleep yet but everything was starting to fade and my body will violently jerk and my brain just goes into panic mode for a split second. It’s so horrible and the initial scare will be so bad it hurts my heart and throws off my breathing
