if I can't afford something, and my bf wants me to partake, he will pay and then have me pay him back when I can if it is super expensive... when he's trying to save money, I pay for him all the time. we actually like each other though, so maybe that's it.

I told someone in the same situation. It needs to be % of income. What ever you decide. To make it fair. If she makes 50, and he makes 150. She puts in $25,000 and he puts in $75,000 that’s fair! 50/50

My mother taught me if YOU invite you pay unless an agreement is made if you are invited they pay ..but bring money incase you need it..also never go with one arm longer than the other!!
