Let’s give the anger energy where it belongs… the administration that is find keeping departments short staffed regularly. Because they can get the job done but not safely or well for less money working reduced staffing, so that way the administration gets their 50k bonus at the end of the year.

I hate that when the pain medication is late and the pain becomes unbearable, you're called a drug seeker for asking for the strongest med you have available. Like ma'am I have a foot long incision in my abdomen that was just made yesterday. It hurts like hell. 💀
