I add cheese chunks, ham chunks & mini pepperonis .. this was husbands fav thing to eat in the summer! He passed in 2023 to Cancer! This made me think of him ❤️

The macaroni absorbs a lot of the dressing overnight, you add anything to make it less dry the next day without taking away from the flavor.

What keeps the maccorni from getting dry after sitting in refrigerator for awhile? amine gets dried out. But I have not used the red wine vinegar. 🤔
