Great and factual comments Mr V. Historically, workers have been their own enemies. I recall the unions in the 1970s breaking the back of their own government thereby ushering in a Mad Woman who destroyed the economy by gifting her rich supporters the assets of country. She fooled them easily with slogans like 'tell Sid'. Just look at Britain today - a third world entity in all but location!

privitisation only works when the end user gets the choice of which company to use, it drives down prices and drives up service. when there is no choice/competition, the end user loses, always.
