I respect any creator trying do content but please don’t be so general, this will apply to maybe 0.01% of people with either kidney failure, terminal cancer and a few others. It is great and not dangerous to stimulate your lymphatic system. Stagnation of lymph is what is dangerous because you have your “junk” and toxins just hanging there causing many health conditions. Much love ❤️
