The front has to be deeper than the back. Try to checkout standard shirts that doesn’t have hair stay In Them, the front is always deeper than the back. That is wat gives shirts the right fall

for a very long time I suffered from rumpled armhole after sewing. it ruined many of my jobs. what helped me was to slant the shoulder well and deepen the front armhole.

You see the whole drama of cutting front armhole deeper than the back is not really necessary, i cut the both sides the same way, my pattern is similar to yours and I must say, it’s really great!
