Here are the 3 main things that made the biggest difference: 1. A calorie deficit. I figured out how many calories I was eating — and how many I actually needed to be in a deficit. This was the foundation. 2. Daily movement. Walking became a non-negotiable. It’s such a powerful, underrated form of cardio. But I didn’t stop there — weight training helped me build strength, boost my metabolism, and actually change the shape of my body. 3. Prioritizing sleep. I started going to bed at the same time every night, turning off my phone earlier, and giving my body the rest it needed to reset and recover. 💗 Be kind to yourself.
