A few things, you first of all look nice, also nice back formation, but as for the arms, I work at walmart as a stocker so i got a free "gym" but after pulling pallets for almost a year, it does wonders, i recommend trying to pull heavy things (not too heavy obviously) but do it till you see the difference, i promise it's worth!!!! Good form!
