I did that, my only question was what can you save during surgery. he said 'we don't really know until we get in there' . this was after biopsys, blood tests and an m.r.i. scan.

For Your Safety :
Are there radiologists around the country who we could hire to read and interpret 10 sets of scans from a year?! We had three different cancer diagnosis from 3 different hospitals - every hospital blames the one prior and say “oh, their radiologist was sleeping on their job”

I'm starting chemo in couple weeks..my daughter has cystic fibrosis and is antibiotic immune so when she has chest infection they treat best they can question is can I be around her during my treatment or do we need to stay apart

We kept a journal. Questions, worries, what thd doctor said, appointment dates, names and contacts for resources. It was so helpful as the amount of info can be overwhelming. It calmed us down a lot and gave us a sense of control.

We go with questions but the oncologists doesn’t really care. He keeps saying I have no answers or live with these findings - not all oncologists are like you unfortunately
