OK, so the real question. Now that youve had and used it, would you prefer this or gas? My home gas doesnt get as hot as Id like and my outside burners that do get hot enough leave a cold spot at the very bottom where liquid collects and doesnt cook off quickly. Trying to not buy a wok specific burner
