My schedule changes. A LOT. Some days I know exactly what my week is going to look like. Other days? Not even close. Plans change. Things come up. Time I thought I'd have suddenly disappears. And sometimes I end up with unexpected pockets of time I hadn't planned on having. That's part of my real life. And it's part of what I'm learning to work around as I build Faceless Jane. When I first started, I think I imagined that building an online business would require a much more predictable routine. A certain amount of time every day. A perfectly organized schedule. A plan I could follow without interruptions. But that's not the life I have. And I'm realizing that my business plans need to fit my actual life—not the life I wish I had time for. So I'm learning to approach things differently. I keep a list of small tasks. That way, when I have 15 or 20 minutes, I don't have to spend that time figuring out what to do. I work ahead when I can. Some days give me more breathing room than others. I'm learning to use those opportunities without expecting them every day. And I'm learning to adjust without treating every interruption like failure. If something doesn't get finished today, I can decide when to pick it up again. That doesn't mean I'm always good at it. Or that I'm never frustrated. I am. But I'm building this because I want more options for my future. More flexibility. More ownership of my time. And I know I'm not the only woman who wants that. I'm still figuring out how to build Faceless Jane around the life I have. And I'm sharing what I learn so you can see what this process looks like for someone who doesn't have endless free time. What's harder for you—finding time to work on something of your own, or protecting that time once you find it? I'd love to hear. More Freedom. Less Fame.
