ادستور ساده و خوشمزه برای کیک شکلاتی مواد لازم آرد: ۲ پیمانه شکر: ۱ و نیم پیمانه پودر کاکائو: ¾ پیمانه بیکینگ پودر: ۱ و نیم قاشق چای‌خوری جوش شیرین: ۱ و نیم قاشق چای‌خوری نمک: ½ قاشق چای‌خوری تخم‌مرغ: ۲ عدد شیر: ۱ پیمانه روغن مایع: ½ پیمانه وانیل: ۱ قاشق چای‌خوری آب جوش: ۱ پیمانه طرز تهیه فر را روی ۱۸۰ درجه سانتی‌گراد گرم کنید. آرد، پودر کاکائو، شکر، بیکینگ پودر، جوش شیرین و نمک را با هم مخلوط کنید. تخم‌مرغ، شیر، روغن و وانیل را اضافه کرده و ۲ دقیقه هم بزنید. در آخر آب جوش را کم‌کم اضافه کنید و مخلوط کنید. (مایه کیک رقیق می‌شود، طبیعی است.) مایه را داخل قالب چرب‌شده بریزید. حدود ۳۵ تا ۴۰ دقیقه در فر بپزید. با خلال دندان تست کنید؛ اگر تمیز بیرون آمد، کیک آماده است. پس از خنک شدن، می‌توانید روی آن را با گاناش شکلاتی، خامه یا پودر قند تزئین کنید.##fyp
