I don’t find an issue with hookup culture if it’s something you’re really into and are safe about it. My issue are the girls that lie to themselves so they can be the “ cool girl “ and get hurt pretending they’re fine with hookups.

This 100%!!! No man is NICER than the man who hasn’t slept with you yet. They will lie, mirror what you say, love bomb, and tell you what they want to hear to get you to sleep with them. The sex is never great, and most of the time the woman doesn’t finish. Then the man acts like a completely different person once he got what he wanted. It’s an ego boost for him. Spent half of my 20s learning this lesson. Now, I’d rather die than boost another man’s ego again.

Only hung out with ONE guy in college with the hookup culture in mind and was the most miserable and embarrassing experience of my life cause I was pissed at myself bc I knew I was gonna regret “giving it a shot” or “doing it for the experience and see if I like hookup culture”…I always knew I hated it and was right. Never doubting myself again.

Yea but lets not completely take away the element that a woman can enjoy sex and not all woman inherently want one partner.
