Abandoned since 2008, why haven't the local authorities bought the site for a low sum (£1) and create flats for the local community. Fore, these empty buildings should be taken over by the power & filled with people who need a roof over their heads whether that's privately owned or via local authorities

It's easy to find abandoned buildings in Gloucester. Been to the cinema, old mill, strip club, numerous night clubs, college, Sainsburys ... 😅😂
