It was absolutely the worst pain I ever felt. Couldn’t stand, couldn’t sit, vomiting, blacking out, begging for an epidural - oh this was when I was 3cm dilated and I had done allll the Hypno work 😭

I’m sorry but if you are induced with no epidural…it is the worst pain I’ve ever felt and I’ve broken bones etc 😂😅

ive had both kidney Stones and gall stones and neither of those even come close to the horrible pain of birth. its out of this world😂

Remember: It’s an individual experience just like periods. For some it’s quite okay and for some it’s complete torture.

Any advice on taking the fear out of birth? I'm terrified of what could go wrong, not the contractions. I have a phobia of medical procedures so really worried about an emergency c section or something

I feel like everyone in the comments is forgetting that each pregnancy and person varies. As a FTM at 39wks, I prefer to follow your advice and stay optimistic about the experience to come, vs absorbing someone else’s traumatic experience and working myself up. If it’s awful, fine, but its not forever and the outcome is worth it, ty for your reassuring video 🩵

i agree with the it's not as bad as people say! i was induced with pitocin no epidural and trust me, i expected the pain to be WAY worse than it actually was bc ppl scared me! my gallbladder attacks were more painful than my induced labor contractions. i wish more women would support/uplift each other instead of the unnecessary fear mongering

Mine felt like somebody put a knife on a powerdrill and shoved it into my cervix in intervals.. But as soon as dialation was complete it felt natural and nice allmost.. I prefered the last 2 hours of labor 🤣

the contractions after getting the drip are truly excrutiating.. i wanted more kids, but not anymore. I couldnt even open my eyes the entire labour, back to back contractions, no breaks. It was awful..
